Fabiana Diaz graduated from the University of Michigan in 2016 with a degree in International Studies. During her time on campus she was an advocate and activist for women’s rights. She has been featured on HBO VICE: “Campus Cover-Up,” contributed to the book We Believe You: Survivor’s of Campus Sexual Assault Speak Out, stood on stage with Lady Gaga after now-President Biden introduced survivors of sexual assault on stage, and was recognized as Student of The Year 2016 by her school’s newspaper for her work on campus and continued advocacy for survivors. She has shared her survivor stories at college campuses across the country and spoke out in protest of Brett Kavanaugh on the steps of the Supreme Court. 

Fabiana previously worked as an Account Executive at Snyder Pickerill Media Group working to elect progressive candidates across the country. Prior to joining the firm,
she worked on Senator Kirsten Gillibrand’s presidential campaign. Before that, she
worked at a direct mail firm with a variety of clients such as Emily’s List, SEIU,
Planned Parenthood, and AFL-CIO.

As a Latina immigrant, she recognizes the importance of representation in the
media, in business, and in government as a vehicle to incite social change and progress. She is currently applying to MBA programs to continue her advocacy work within the private sector.
