Washington, DC

End Rape on Campus (EROC) is a survivor advocacy organization dedicated to ending sexual violence through survivor support, public education, and policy and legislative reform.

We provide free, direct assistance to all survivors of gender-based and sexual violence on campus interested in filing federal complaints, organizing for change, or drawing public attention to hold their schools accountable.

We have assisted hundreds of students at dozens of schools file Title IXClery Act, and other civil rights complaints to seek justice and reform.

Action #6: Amplify Survivor Voices

End Rape On Campus

We are so glad to have partnered with the folks at Stories of Note and Consent in Clubs to share survivor stories from across the pond. Many survivors don't come forward because of fear that they won't be believed or supported. It's on us to change that narrative.

When a survivor comes forward to you, tell them that they are believed and supported and that the assault wasn't their fault. Remember that they get to choose their own path to justice. It's not your responsibility to tell them what to do. Listen, be supportive, ask what you can do to help.

Share these incredible stories, help dissipate rape myths, and support your peers in understanding the power of belief.

Check back to this page for more survivor stories throughout the month.
