End Rape on Campus (EROC) is a survivor advocacy organization dedicated to ending sexual violence through survivor support, public education, and policy and legislative reform.

We provide free, direct assistance to all survivors of gender-based and sexual violence on campus interested in filing federal complaints, organizing for change, or drawing public attention to hold their schools accountable.

We have assisted hundreds of students at dozens of schools file Title IXClery Act, and other civil rights complaints to seek justice and reform.

Our Cases

EROC staff members have assisted with numerous filings of Clery, Title IX, and Title II complaints. To date, we have directly assisted in the filing of over 34 Title IX and/or Clery complaints under investigation with over 172 complaintants. In some cases, complaintants decide to publicly acknowledge their complaint filings through EROC-coordinated press conferences and media. Others choose not to do so, but wish that their schools be named on this site. Both kinds of complaints are valuable and no survivor should ever feel that they should have to report or should have to become “public” in order to be believed.

As of May 2016, there are over 180 colleges and universities under investigation for the violation of Title IX.

Additional Cases

EROC provides services to complainants and their families. Not all individuals wish to publicly tell their stories or let their institutions know that they have filed complaints. This does not change the validity of their stories and cases, as no one should have to publicly tell their story to be heard.

EROC has privately worked with complainants who have filed Title II, Title IX, and/or Clery Act complaints at the following institutions, listed alphabetically:
